Revive a Teammate with a Reviver

Use a Reviver on the fallen player's head. Solo runs cannot self-revive. A head in a pit comes back to the elevator.

A death drops the player's items and their head. Living teammates see a red REVIVE marker through walls. The dead player still spectates from that head and can type.

Revive with a syringe

  1. Get a Reviver. It is a dark gray syringe with green liquid.
  2. Find the head by the red marker.
  3. Pick the head up, or stand on it with the Reviver equipped.
  4. Use the syringe on the head.
  5. The syringe is consumed. The player returns at full health, a green revived notice appears, and they earn Back For More.

You can carry the head into the elevator and revive there. You can also store one head in a Storage Pot. Ores in a pot stack. Heads do not: one head per pot.

Where Revivers come from

Source Cost
Floor loot, including a Reviver Table Free
Nurse class Starts with 1
Doctor class Starts with 3
Elevator vote Free when it wins the vote
Elevator shop 400 coins

Selling a Reviver pays 25 coins. That is a good solo deposit and a bad co-op habit if the next floor has a Bone Hound.

If you do not have a syringe

The dead player has 30 seconds to pay 45 Robux and respawn. Video sessions have also shown a 200 Robux option during a full wipe. Treat 200 as an observed prompt, not a catalog price.

If every living player dies, heads are sent to the lobby after 20 seconds unless someone buys the Robux respawn.

Heads and the elevator

  • A head that falls in a pit or the void reappears in the center of the elevator. It does not despawn.
  • The departure timer does not wait on a dead player. If you leave the head on the floor, it returns to the cabin on the next floor and can be revived there. That situation is also how Left Behind is earned.
  • A Reviver thrown out of the map respawns on a random valid tile, or despawns if none remain.

Solo

You cannot syringe your own head. Death without the Robux prompt ends the run at floor zero. Sell Revivers. Doctor and Nurse start with syringes that are only coins when you play alone.

Cooking a head is a separate badge, Charred Remains. Do that only if you mean to. The revive still wants an uncooked plan: syringe first, experiments later.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What are you actually trying to do in Fatal Floors?

Ride the elevator, loot the four wings for ore, and fill the Coin Meter at the Sell Bin before the elevator leaves. Floor 1 is always the Facility, with five Iron Ore, only the Blob, and an 8-credit quota.

Can you kill the monsters?

No. Entities are not damaged by tools. You evade them, break line of sight, hide in vents, or shut a wing gate. A Go-Kart horn can scare a Cave-Crawler, and a gate slammed in its face leaves it idle.

Which class should a new player unlock first?

Chef or Hoarder. Chef starts with a campfire, ham, and carrot. Hoarder starts with extra bag space, bonus money, and a Gold Ore. Beginner has 100 HP and no items.

Are there working codes?

No working or expired code strings were found, and no in-game code box has been documented. Reward text from other Roblox games is not a Fatal Floors code.

How do you revive a teammate?

A living player uses a Reviver syringe on the fallen player's head. The syringe is consumed and the player returns at full health. It cannot revive you in a solo run. A dead player can also pay 45 Robux within 30 seconds.
