Place a Planter in the elevator, complete a floor, and pick the carrot. That harvest is the Organic badge. Deleting the planter with a hammer destroys the growing carrot. Carrots also spawn naturally and in the Greenhouse, and the shop sells them. Shop carrot price is listed as both 15 and 25 coins in different guides.
